The practice dates back to the early 1900's under Dr F A Dick, and then grew by merging with a number of small practices. The Medical Centre was opened in December 1989, concentrating all the services onto one site. The practice was extended and modernised in 2006, with a formal opening on 19th March 2007.

We cover a population of approximately 11,500 patients, making us the largest practice in Tadworth and its surrounding areas.

In addition to our core surgery times, we offer routine early morning and evening appointments, urgent same day appointments, telephone consultations and home visits. Our annual patient satisfaction survey seeks patients' opinions on the service we provide, and we listen carefully to what you have to say.

We normally have two registrars. These are doctors who have completed their hospital training jobs and are now preparing for examinations to be become qualified General Practitioners.

From time to time, we may have medical students sitting in with the clinicians. You may be asked to speak with them prior to your consultation, but patients have the right to decline this, and to decline their presence during the consultation. Confidentiality will be respected at all times.
